Recommended Checkup & Immunization Schedule

The schedule below is based on recommendations by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Children's Wellness Center is committed to delivering high quality medical care. We believe that periodic well check-ups are an integral part of that commitment. We recommend frequent check-ups during infancy and yearly beginning at age two years. We feel these visits are important to assess growth and development, and to offer advice regarding safety and emotional issues that are an important part of a healthy childhood. Please note that after age 2 years, insurance plans can vary on how often they allow well child visits, please make sure you are aware of your plan's benefits.
