You can now request prescriptions online! Simply log-in to Online Patient Services and go to the Prescription tab. You will check the box next to the prescription you would like refilled, scroll down and enter the pharmacy name and phone number of where you would like the medication called into. Please remember that controlled medication cannot be called in. For controlled medication instead of putting a pharmacy name please put "Pick Up" or "Mail" and a phone number you can be reached at in case there are questions. A message will appear under the tab Messages from Office when your medication is called in or ready for pick up. If you do not receive a response after four hours during regular business hours, you are welcome to call the office to make sure that we have received your message. The only prescriptions that will not be ready same day are refills requested after 4:00 PM and controlled medications, which by law should have a 24-48 hour processing time to ensure the correct medication and dosage is being prescribed. Also please be aware you may be asked to make an appointment for your child if they have not been seen in the office within the past 6-12 months.
